Great people, good prices, fast turnaround times, awesome service!
Logan Labs was not a pleasant business to deal with. I sent in a test February 28th, 2021 to see if this lab could handle my future needs and was not contacted until April 2nd, 2021 by email with an invoice. April 13th I received two calls in immediate succession and was greeted by a frantic sounding lady asking for payment. I was a little put off by her initial tone but when I exclaimed that it was quite a bit past the projected date listed when I sent the sample she rudely responded that they had been trying to contact me.... read more
