Horrible experience. ER the worse nurses. Dr. Hall dismissed all of my symptoms. The male nurse that took care of me after my angiogram wanted to try and prove me wrong on every thing . Sarcastic., uncaring. Do not go there, you will be treated like you do not matter. I got a referral to a real Cardiac surgeon at Stanford. The best thing they did for me.
They were amazing when I came in. They were very respectful, patient, caring and made sure I understood everything that was going on. I have never had any kind of bad experience with this place or the people. Only thing I wish is to have a more clear answer for my BP after my issue the other day. My BP at this very moment is 166/111 heart rate is 74. Head is pounding and I'm nauseous and not doing very good.
Go out of town if you can. Good luck!
I would just gratefully like to thank Dr Maxwell and all the other Dr's and care team who took care of my mom, from the heart Dr to dialysis technician, nurses they were caring, professional, and kept me informed on everything. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this hospital and staff.
Worst experience lve ever had,.l suffer from severe chronic pain, had no choice but to go to them,they would not give me anything to lay on knowing lm in severe pain and can't sit at all ,l finally went to my car and laid flat on my back for at least an hour, they did nothing for my pain and sent me on my way.l will never go back to that awful hospital again. L will go to Whitefish for now on...
