I hired Shawn Logan to draw house designs for me. It was a very bad and costly decision. It took him 7 months to make the plans. Measurements were not correct so subs had to rework dimensions to get the plans to work. This was true for the foundation as well as room dimensions. He put a column in a walkway, it was removed after it was built. The roof plan had to be redone. The septic plan didn’t work; I had to pay twice to get a workable permit. I had to move the main electrical panel because he put it in the wrong place in ... read more
