Logan technician Scott recently came out to fix a loud sound on my new HVAC, he found what was causing the sound removed and replaced the defective part very quickly. This fix actually fixed another humming sound that was coming from my attic. He was very professional, personable and efficient.

Service was fast and professional, but the price felt high for the amount of work and part cost. I wish they'd have been more upfront about pricing. $460 for a contactor swap that took less than an hour of labor. I wasn't given an estimate or told what was wrong until after the repair and this wasn't a rush job.
