I went to the urgent care and wanted to acknowledge the excellent staff I came in contact with, and kudos to the care they gave me. Felicity in Reception was friendly and welcoming, and quick to get me checked in. My wait was less than 10 minutes. Baylie was the MA, and she was openly friendly, cheerful, and very helpful with all of her assistance.She made sure I got all of my questions answered and that I understood all the directions given to me. I've been going to Dr. Drendel for over 10+ years now and love her bedside manner and honest approach to my health. I've also been a walk in several times and she's noticed my name on the list and has treated me instead of a practicioner because she had the time. Recently, I did another walk in and Derek Kastella (hope I spelled that correctly) took very good care of me during the visit and follow up. Just wanted to thank all the staff as well.
Can’t say enough about this friendly and caring staff. Every time I’ve visited they get me in quickly and took great care of me. Thank you!
