My experience with this dental clinic was disappointing. The receptionist was unprofessional and came across as rude. She asked for my ID and then asked for my name immediately afterward, which felt unnecessary and poorly organized. Scheduling was also frustrating. The clinic appears understaffed — I had to book my cleaning two months in advance, only to have the appointment canceled at the last minute and rescheduled for another month later. The receptionist on the phone had an absolutely terrible attitude for an unknown reason and interrupted to the point where nothing could be discussed- just shut the clinic down if that's how it's going to be run.
Terrible customer service over the phone. Very hard to understand person on the other end. I have had 4 dental cleanings at this location and I have only walked away once feeling like I had a good cleaning. It is so difficult for servicemembers to get good dental care in the Ft. Belvoir region. When I tried using the clinic at the hospital on Ft. Belvoir, I was told that they are down to only 1 dental technician.
