Active duty requires an annual cleaning, but this clinic schedules exams without scheduling the cleaning. Wait three months for the exam so they can tell you that you need a cleaning, then another three months for the cleaning (at best). I just tried to reschedule (because they canceled, not me) and they hung up on me. It'll be at least 8 months since I first made the appointment to when I can get a cleaning.
Clinic had me booked for months but waited until last minute to kick me to the network for longer waits. Not okay. Poor schedule management and customer experience. .
About a year ago I was on Tricare Prime and needed to get a crown done on a tooth. The dentist said they do not do crown in-house at that time and I would be referred out to a civilian dentist to have it done. I was assured that since I am on Tricare Prime and had a referral for a necessary procedure, it would be covered. Front desk is rude and ignore phone calls. They direct the phone call to an automated system without options. Front desk are incompetent.
The phone number to the dental clinic on google will send you to an automated system with out the option of booking an appointment, then hang up on you. What’s the point of having front desk workers, if you can’t even call them to book anything over the phone.
