I got sent to him for a kidney stone—I had a CT positive for a stone, symptoms all consistent with kidney stone. He said “well idk what it is but it’s not a kidney stone” I asked why my PCP would say that then… he said “well she is just going off what the radiologist’s notes say” After being doubled over in excruciating pain, consistent with passing a kidney stone, he told me it was not a kidney stone and not urological. He acted very smug and prideful. Absolutely would not recommend.
Horrible experience all around. Had to have another doctor fix his work. Hoxie could hardly be bothered with my complications with any follow up when I could be seen. Just had an additional surgery to fix his 'work'. This doctor said nothing could be done because Hoxie removed so much tissue there was nothing to work with. Lifetime pain is all I got from Hoxie. Not even a follow up from PCI about his horrible behavior(in addition to his horrible work). Never, never use this guy.
