Many issues went on for years without being addressed or fixed. Bad communication between tenants and landlord. Never was a smoke free building at all. ! If smoking bothers you this is not the place to live! Lots of gossipers live here too. Keep looking! Don't live here!
This is a terrible place to live. Not only is it incredibly expensive, you'll likely have to deal with water damage. If you live in building A, there will be a guy on the second floor who won't think twice about walking into your apartment to take care of something on your balcony if he knows you aren't there. The maintenance guy would walk in, as well. He's had people work on my apartment then leave drywall dust all over my carpe, and the pieces of drywall just lying in my closet. Very rude and not helpful in any way. I would not suggest this apartment complex to anyone looking for an apartment in the Pottstown area.
