It is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of a human being over any of their phone numbers related to SNAP and the website is full of impossible-to-navigate bugs and malfunctions. If you can't drive to their offices to see someone in person, you're totally screwed. This is supposed to be a resource to people in need, and if you can't drive or find a ride or get hours off of work it is completely inaccessible. All I need to do is update my income information and it feels hopeless.

Never had a good experience with Logan county’s JFS. They lie, they don’t make calls they’re supposed to, they claim to never receive files via email, any wait time they claim you have will be triple what was stated. It’s honestly a very disorganized mess. It’s been this way for years. I got more done on my cases talking with a JFS rep from another county, than I ever did with my actual case worker in Logan county.
Receptionist was really nice and made sure she knew exactly what was going on, it made me feel good, like she wasn’t just trying to get me out the door! I can’t remember her name
