These people here do not know how to do their job. My Medicaid had to be renewed back in January of this year, which is fine. I renewed it. And then got a letter saying that I was denied because I made too much but yet they couldn’t verify my income so I had them re-processed my application. A few weeks later, I was told I got denied again, and the lady went and looked to see why I got denied, and apparently all my documents that had my proof of income, and everything was apparently put in another person‘s file. Receptionist is lazy and hung up on me and now won’t answer e phone when they was supposed to call me from 9-10 and never did.
This place is a joke
I have been on HOLD for 2 1/2 hours AFTER being transferred 3 times. This is BY FAR the worst customer service I have ever seen! They should be ashamed & emb
