Some young girl just called me from here and needed to ask questions, but the way she spoke came off VERY rude and unprofessional. Making me feel like I was stupid as well for asking questions.
I have never had a problem with Logan county Job and family services. They have always treated me fairly and decently. Now I hope that they can help me find a job.
This is an agency people turn to for help, not terrible attitudes...
These people here do not know how to do their job. My Medicaid had to be renewed back in January of this year, which is fine. I renewed it. And then got a letter saying that I was denied because I made too much but yet they couldn’t verify my income so I had them re-processed my application. A few weeks later, I was told I got denied again, and the lady went and looked to see why I got denied, and apparently all my documents that had my proof of income, and everything was apparently put in another person‘s file.
