They are very friendly and had the parts need to repair the door latch on our trailer.
Nothing but great things to say about Logan. I bought a Logan trailer private party, and reached out to Logan to have a ramp built for it within a specific timeframe for me to pick it up on my way back home with the trailer. They EXCEEDED my expectations, and any questions about the install were promptly answered and any missing piece was overnighted. Exceptional customer service! Josie in the parts department was a huge help in making this all happen. I’m proud to have a Logan in my fleet of horse trailers!!!
The best customer service anywhere. After ordering a new 3 horse trailer years ago we needed to add a stud wall. They worked with us and made the stud wall. They had to make it twice due to measurements were off a little until we made a template. It was perfect and they were so helpful with shipping until it was right. After that they even sent us some hats and a sweatshirt and thanked us. Logan quality and customer service was the why they are still in business.
Very poor customer service. They would not honor my return request even when they sent the wrong part because it was beyond 60 days.
This place is really efficient and fast. Good people, good company.
