If I could leave negative stars I would. We placed an order and was told it would go out the following day. After we paid for faster shipping. Well, it wasn’t shipped for 5 +days and we didn’t receive it for 2 almost 3 weeks! All they offered us a product credit. Well are never purchasing from them again and returned this item because we went with a more reliable company! And they are still arguing with us on paying us back for the shipping charges! Yeah this is to the owners comment on Jessica Ginsburg review the owner forgot to mention the reason we were so upset yeah we payed for ground shipping 4to 7 days problem was we never got it for almost 3 weeks is why we were upset and not to mention that I have had to buy 4 Logan soft starts in 7 years for my commercial fishing boat they are junk and crap just like the service that we received and we never went with another vendor like the owner claims I took everything that was from Logan out of my boat and installed a bett... read more
