Do NOT use this company. I was all set up with an appointment and nobody showed!!! I texted the woman handling everything and she said they called 3 times and no answer. I did not miss any calls. They didn't call my number, for sure. So, now I still need the carpet cleaned. I worked all day there getting ready for them. Texted them 6 more time with no answer!!!
