I have heard good things about this clinic, so when my house guest and friend found herself with her dog seizing and clearly very ill, I recommended your clinic. Little did I know that your staff was clearly not able to triage the situation of a clearly distraught owner with a very sick pet. Instead you fussed for over 30 minutes about payment rather than caring for the pet while the Veterinarian was reading the paper. After Hudson vet and Jesup vet turned us away and told me to just give my dog aspirin or take him to Cedar Rapids because they can’t help my dog! Dr. Thomas gave his time and helped my pup spent 3 hours there on a Saturday night while he ran tests and x-rays to figure out what was wrong with my pup! I can’t forever thank dr Thomas and this vet enough for doing something he didn’t have to do but choose to do makes me feel happy knowing this vet does have your pets best interest at heart! i love the service i received. the vet was Excellent!!!!
STAY AWAY! very unorganized. Took my cat in needed medicine. they did not give me enough for the 10 days so when I called to get more they didn't have it. Dr. Thomas called said he called it in to Hy vee and did not want me to come back. find another vet, this is just before Christmas. This is not the first time but it is the LAST....

We were traveling with a new 9 week old pup, & had an incident involving his eye. When all the rest of the local vets turned us away because we weren't "current clients", Dr Thomas stepped up, & met us at midnight on a Saturday night. I can't thank him enough, for his awesome demeanor, & for taking the time to see the pup. If I were from that area, there is no doubt that he would be my vet. THANK YOU!!!
After the horror story I witnessed my good friends babies go through while being boarded in your facility I will never recommend people bringing their animals to you!
