when the installers first got here they put covers on their shoes. then they put down drop cloths on the floors they would be walking on. they were very polite and knowledgeable about anything we asked them. they were done sooner than we thought they would be. they cleaned up everything they worked with and it looked the same as when they first got here. we were shown how to use the thermostat on the wall and everything was working fine. today is the first morning after installation and we slept very well last night. so far ... read more
