Outstanding customer service the technician Keith was so professional. Checked the whole system and told me exactly what was wrong and what to think about doing in the future. Did not try and sell me some bull stuff was straight up so now when I get ready to get new upgrade in the near future I will be calling Logan knowing that I won't be ripped off. Efficient and helpful
Logan Services has continued to give us great customer care. Brian Batchelor & Tula Mongar did an excellent job on the maintenance of our ac unit. They were personable, knowledgeable and worked hard to get the job done efficiently. We appreciate how well the service technicians are trained from Logan!
AC and furnace tune ups. I received no data regarding efficiency, carbon monoxide, etc, nor pictures of the inside of the furnace like other companies do. Disappointing.
