Kenny was great, he explained what was wrong with my furnace and even though my furnace was older, he was able to get the part he needed to fix it the same day. Now the inside is nice and cozy.

Damen, the Service Technician, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any and all of my questions. He explained what the issues were and where I needed to go from here in a clear and concise manner. He did not miss a step. Damen arrived on time and was ready to assist. We had our HVAC system completely replaced by Logan Services and are very please so far with the performance of the system. Our only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that the installation took much, much longer than we were led to expect.

Today is October 22nd, 2025. I have a maintenance contract that covers a spring and winter tune-up. I have not received any notification from Logan concerning scheduling a time for the Winter tune-up so I called them today. I was given a January 8th first available date. My calculation shows that winter will be almost over and it will be close to the time for a summer tune-up.
