Great place. The cabin we stayed at was fine except a little short on basic needs that people would forget to bring along (salt and pepper) and light bulbs.

I would love to buy Mariposa Villa! It’s so awesome, eclectic, tons of privacy, secluded in the beautiful TX hill country. The management company is amazing. Nestled on water, we went Kayaking, enjoyed our secluded villa, and Burnet TXs finest night life! Totally recommend this vaca spot to anyone.

It was great except the water pressure which is non-existent and the pool should not cost extra to heat.
