Respectfully, if I could give less than one star, I think I would do that. Lofty and its management has continued to exceed my understanding of what could go wrong. Meeting Anthony virtually, since I live on the East Coast, wasn’t very difficult. He sold me on their service quality, and I was excited to have a reliable partner on the ground. Unfortunately, the inconsistencies became evident pretty soon. For one week, I couldn’t get through to anyone at Lofty. After several days, I called Anthony, and “someone” answered, clai... read more
I had a great experience working with this team. Anthony was especially helpful—professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making the process smooth from start to finish.
