they never answer the phone its so hard to get in contact with anyone veryyyyy unprofessional as well .
I've lost half my business since moving to Lofty. Their programmers repeatedly make the same errors and are very slow to address them. Search function parameters are unstable, currently I'm dealing with the fourth time this year that Lofty has undermined the functionality of my website and is very slow to address the issue.
This company are scammers. I went to see a property they charge my credit card the application fee and never process my application. Not a trust worthy company.
Lofty has done an exceptional job managing my rental property over the last 4 years. I can't think of a time where I was not satisfied with the services they've provided to me, my property and my tenant. Prior to Lofty, I had a horrible experience dealing with a Property Manager (PM) that kept dropping the ball. After I had enough of the bad PM, I decided that I was going to look for a new replacement PM to manage my rental. I like how user-friendly Lofty's portal is; it makes uploading documents, paying rent, etc. easy. But it's so difficult to get in touch with a real person when you have a problem or question. I get that they manage a lot of buildings and don't want to get a million phone calls from residents, but at the very least, there needs to be an emergency hotline. The phone number in their portal takes you to a phone tree with options for agents and owners, not tenants. And it takes them several hours or days to respond to maintenance... read more
