In less than a year we've spent over 10 days without working heat in the winter + A/C in the summer, had a portion of our ceiling collapse due to water damage neglect, an ongoing leaking roof, and a dishwasher that doesn't work and falls out of the cabinets when opened for the past 4+ months. Works well for ongoing needs, but be prepared for poor communication when anything beyond monthly processing arrives.
