I had a very disappointing experience with professional communication at Lofty Locs & Tresses. I reached out to the stylist, LaTisha, on April 23, 2026, about a specific two-strand twist style. My first visit to Loft Locs & Tresses was November 2023, after experiencing a life-altering injury and my crown was in need of some thorough LOVIN'! I was greeted by Tish with warm energy and a lovely, quaint & clean salon atmosphere accented by groovy afro-beats! Not to mention, wheelchair accessible (bathroom still needs some ADA additions). Having experienced nothing but excellent service for almost a year with monthly visits. Kiki has forever been the professional in style, form, presentation and experience. DESPITE a single low star review, She has NEVER shown anything less then concern and complete focus on how the finished style will look like... I will always return and Will always recommend this location. Frankly, I believe this is the best location in Tucsom for Locs or any variety of hairstyle, plus her humor is the best. 5 STARS
