The maintenance department lies about fixing things. When you enter a service ticket maintenance never shows up. However when you vies the service ticket on their resident portal it shows the work as completed. The lead maintenance technicians excuse is I thought my guys fixed it. This went on for months. Lofty is doing alot to fix the properties that they recently purchased this year. Most if not all of the properties that they have here in town were purchased this year from companies that only wanted to collect money and didn't want to spend any of it to maintain the investment. So give Lofty a chance before you cuss them and I have lived in my apartment for 13 years.

Lofty deserves a big ZERO, but have to give it a 1. Management is horrible, always the excuse that "corporate says" blah blah blah. Live here and discover what a hell hole The Park at San Marco is. Maintenance does a horrible job of keeping the grounds picked up, the number of trash dumpsters have been reduced and moved around so many times one has to go out in search of them. I rate these people a complete ZERO. They have no concern for humans and are an unfair company. They are kicking model tenants who paid their rent on time out because of an error from the previous management in 2018 before lofty took over a year or two later. My mother, myself and my three kids moved into a one bedroom and were told by old management that I could not get on the lease because I had no income, can not work, and was filing for disability.
