Thank you to the delightfully named Dawn Lovejoy for superior customer service. I ordered a product made by Loftwall through Wayfair. The directions were a horrendous photocopy of a photocopy and illegible(Wayfair issue). Dawn promptly understood and emailed me directions to assemble the product which Wayfair kept saying they would get me directions for but would never deliver. Dawn was also the one who answered my call on the second ring and did not pass me off or put me on hold, she just went right into helping me. This is... read more
They really are not helpful. Cool product but kind of a nightmare dealing with the office. Delayed shipping, HORRIBLE installation instructions and basically no help. Not super happy. TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT THE FINAL PRODUCT IS.
A great company, with great leadership and products. Well worth your time.
