Colin, tech, arrived on time and completed furnace maintenance. He was extremely polite and told us everything he was doing so that there would be no surprises. He was very helpful as we asked about a couple other heaters in the house. I would highly recommend Loftus Heating for all your needs. Pricing is exceptionally affordable.
Had an emergency with my AC and called Loftus. He was able to help me when I wasn't able to reach any other conpany that had the part on hand. He had the part and had it fixed within a few hours. Super professional and reliable. Would recommend this company to everyone. Its hard to find a conpany that is honest amd willing to go above beyond but Loftus does. My AC is working great and better that it has all year!

We were extremely stressed out our heat pump of course went the hottest weekend of the year. We called Loftus out of Logan. Not only was the lady who answered the phone extremely nice! We can't say enough about our Technician Nick. Not only was he fast precise he was very informative. I learned more about our system in a half hour than I ever have on Google.
