I’ve lived here for half a year and have loved every second. The people are really nice and welcoming. Management is awesome as well. Really quick with responses.
The lofts have been recently updated, so it's super nice inside. However, people like to leave trash everywhere outside, so that's a downside. The building is a block away from campus and on top of many restaurants.
I’m not quite an official resident of The Lofts yet, but that doesn’t mean I don’t already have good words to speak about the staff and property! The Lofts is one of the safest, cheapest, newest, and exciting properties in the area, and I’m more than excited to move in in August! Carli and The Lofts @ 1633 were amazing! Me and my three roommates toured an apartment there and fell in love we signed our lease the same day! The tour was very informational especially for new house owners like us!
The lofts is a nice place to live. It has a nice modern look. It is pricey and for the price you pay there are some better options for college living. Within my first week of living here the air conditioning has gone out twice when it’s 90° outside but the maintenance is really great to work with and do good work. The staff is moderately responsive to problems or questions. The parking is decent but not enough parking spots for all tenants but they give you a pass to park on campus. The site manager is great to work with!
