I lived here for 8 years. The first few years were great until Venlo Property purchased the lofts. At which point rent increased anually and significantly. This is their right. I understand that. However, they would try to increase it by absurd amounts and when questioned they would say it was an accident or typo and redact the increase to a lower increase. I've heard this from others tenants as well. Simply unnecessary stress every year on the dot. Maintenance is another large concern. Expect a week delay in any repair. If ... read more
