The lofts struggle to maintain any sort of professional structure. Their office is unorganized and no one seems to have the time to assist or the answers to any questions. The premises is not well kept and unsanitary.
Disgusting! Cockroaches everywhere, all the cabinets are broken and there’s giant cracks between them I had to caulk myself, they charged me hidden fees 5 months in without telling me, literally the worst place I have ever lived in my life
As a resident I wouldn't recommend anyone to move out here. Units are nasty, roaches everywhere, maintenance has changed so many people and I haven't been here a year yet. The property is disgusting and raggedy. I've been waiting for my porch and stuff to be pressured washed since last year. They called themselves doing something a little while ago but it looks worse. Then they want to move quickly for an eviction for just one late rent payment. Then want to raise the rent. I refuse to renew a lease here. DON'T COME OUT HERE... read more
Lofts of Wilmington is a beautiful place to live! It’s clean, it’s new and all the residents and staff are all friendly. I love it here. You will love it too!
