Living here was honestly a frustrating experience. The walls in our unit were covered in yellow stains and drips from cigarette smoke — the smell never went away, even with cleaning. Appliances were bottom-of-the-barrel quality and constantly broke down. We had roaches, wasps, and other pests regularly, and instead of fixing the problem, we were just charged for pest control that never seemed to work. Great place, perfect loft apartment. Easy to deal with too. Recommend.
Horrible place to live i would give it a 0 star if i could. My apartment flooded the day after I brought my newborn home from the hospital and they deamed the place livable even though the electrical wasn't fully fixed. They never came to repaint, water stains were everywhere and it wasn't the first water issue I've had living there. They only gave us $100 in compensation because they felt bad for us. I've moved out and they are charging me more rent past the utilities and when I confront them, they never respond back to me.... read more
