Matt in the office is the absolute best!! Made it a breeze paying rent and is always helpful and clear when giving information, the place is just enough for one and if you’ve got a decent set of tools and know how you’ll get along fine, there’s one random lady who lets her dog use your front doorstep as a bathroom out at the lofts 2 357 red wing lane, she walks around on her phone and won’t ever pick up after her self, and there’s another person who should be reported for letting their dog bark all night long in a kennel. Me and my family been at the LOFTS of Wilmington for 2 years. We had different managers over the two years but never had any problems until now. The new manager is s bad liar and I often found myself fixing my own stuff because they couldn't keep any maintenance guys and whenever they did come nothing was fix. We were hassle about renewing our lease and when we did they said they couldn't renew stating we were late on the rent but they collecting the late fee.
