Large 2-story loft units mainly w/ 2-3 bdrms & 2.5 baths approximately 1200-1500 Sq Ft. Expensive, no amenities, not great area, no security, no garages or covered parking, atrium wide open for anyone to enter no doors or gates, allow pets, close to restaurants & shopping, close to UF, surrounded by apartment complexes, fairly small building, most units mgd by lazy property Mgmt companies which adds to cost, year lease standard, a lot of students live here off & on, serious bug issue & I'm talking cockroaches running around ... read more
