I would give negative stars if I could! STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMMUNITY. Mold and Mildew were all over both units we rented for our son. Breezeways and staircases are filthy. Do better Lofts!

The leasing manager will walk in your unit unannounced while you’re sleeping if she smells anything in the hallways assuming it’s you causing the smell. Very scary, I do not suggest.
From the very first phone call, Jacob was incredibly helpful. He assisted us in finding a lease takeover for our daughter and made sure every detail was finalized. He even called us on move-in day to check on our progress, which really meant a lot. Thank you, Jacob!
Staff specifically the leasing manager is so rude and not understanding nor considerate. They made me and my other roommates pay $400 individually for a microwave (that I didn't break). If you do decide to move there (I don't recommend it) make sure you pick your own roommates and make sure you see the apartment before you move in. They also give you a random charge every year for amenities that you don't really get to use (workout machines are always broken and pool is always getting “cleaned”).
