My son did not have any issues while staying there until it was time to move out! Money hungry business!!!! We did everything needed and they refuse to give more time on paying these relet fees! I have asked for help and all they say I’m very sorry, but if it is not paid in 30 days it will be sent to collections ! REALLY! These are college students and they come and go! Careful moving out. They will try and add a bunch of fees and make up charges to nickel and dime you even more. Typical college apartment taking advantage of college students who don’t know any better. Read your lease carefully, read Fair Housing and study up! You will need it if you live here
