RENTER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Without a doubt, the absolute worst move-out experience!! Kennedy, the manager, and Emily, the leasing manager, can't return a phone call or email to discuss their fabricated move-out charges! I would demand an in-person walk-through when you move out; otherwise, you will be charged $500.00 plus for false, fake, and fabricated damages. Read all the other Google comments! I would give negative stars if I could! STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMMUNITY. Mold and Mildew were all over both units we rented for our son. Breezeways and staircases are filthy. Do better Lofts!
10/10 looking for apartments I recommend legends or lofts best staff and excellent management/ maintenance services
The leasing manager will walk in your unit unannounced while you’re sleeping if she smells anything in the hallways assuming it’s you causing the smell. Very scary, I do not suggest.
From the very first phone call, Jacob was incredibly helpful. He assisted us in finding a lease takeover for our daughter and made sure every detail was finalized. He even called us on move-in day to check on our progress, which really meant a lot. Thank you, Jacob!
