Had a hotel booked. When I show up they tell me I needed to be 21. Even though I had put my age in while I booked online and received confirmation and everything. They canceled last minute when I arrived.
Regarding my stay, I have several serious concerns about the cleanliness and service: My bed had visible, oxidized urine stains. When I requested fresh sheets, I was given fitted sheets that were too small for the bed. I arrived at noon but had to wait until 5:30 PM for a fully made bed, as check-in was strictly at 3:00 PM. I booked a room and they didn’t have it available so when I arrived I was totally stuck and didn’t have a place to stay. I had to scramble and overpay to stay at a Holiday Inn. Also, waiting for them to not find me a room caused me to miss my deadline to return my rental car and I had to pay for another day. The people on the phone were of no help and they charged my card and the refund takes 7-10 days to get back - I used a debit card and obviously need the money while on vacation. Get your s&#t together!
