RecommendedThis is my first apartment home. I've always heard about the negatives of apartment living. Here, at Lofts at The Ballpark, everything I've heard has proven to be myth. I do not hear my upstairs neighbors moving around. I do not need to worry about security. I do not need to worry about excessive heating and cooling bills. I lived at the Lofts at the Ballpark from 2007-2009. Recently went to look at my same unit and the entire complex has not been renovated. Sad because the prices are in line with many updated/newer places close by with better amenities. Over priced and old!
love it here but do do not move to the 4th floor last rain storm i had rain in my apartment and after tossing out my rug the sofa and carpet they said i need to go to my own insurance to file a clam but the water came in from the roof so I moved but this was do to a bad storm so just do not live on the 4th floor not sure how to post the video of the rain storm in my place will try to post it i asked for some credit did not want to file with my own insurance they said no so i moved
I love it here! Only 4.5 stars because of the many parking issues and too many Dog owners (I’m not much of a dog person). Other than that, you can't really beat the location. Furthermore, staff are friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend to a friend!
I was hesitant at first moving to a downtown apartment from the country, but I really love living here!! Yes it gets loud from time to time (GO ASTROS) but it not something that is overly invasive. I live on the side where the rail drives by and it is really comforting after a while! The ladies in the office are super nice, and maintenance is always on point. My boyfriend and I being two young professionals its perfect!
I love living there, but it gets a little loud from time to time. I can walk to the Astros, Dynamo and Rockets games, no parking issues, gotta love that. Want to give it 4.5 stars.
