Edited to Respond: SUNDAY 11/12 pre-9AM; Terri's Hardwood Flooring is here and the entire building smells like volatile chemicals. On Saturday 9/16 the crew was here at 7:30AM. (10AM start time? That is absolutely false). Construction on the weekdays starts at 7:30AM and lasts until 6PM. Six days a week we've been dealing with this. There are so many wonderful details about this amazing historic building. Jill and Mark have truly done a wonderful job restoring each individual space. Each apartment is unique. Plus, you are within walking distance to one of the most interesting parts of Little Rock! The building is quiet and secure, including secure parking.
Loved living here for the 13 months that we did! The neighbors were all friendly, the staff was always prompt, professional and punctual. The renovation work was unparalleled, and the heart put into the work really showed. I will forever be grateful to Zach, Donna, Judy, and everyone else at Downtown Dwell for the privilege to live there and will miss them dearly!!!

Did I mention the beautiful tall windows?! Eve... read more
I love this place. I lived in that building for three years before I left town. The owners did an amazing job redesigning the building. They are such nice, gracious people. I enjoyed the historical location, coffee and bread shops in the vicinity, of the gorgeous apartment. I did a lot of writing in the Lofts at Soma because it could be writer's dream place.
