Only giving this place a 1 because that is the lowest it will allow. The lady in the office that handles checking the applications and phone calls should not be in customer service. Her attitude is horrible and not professional at all. We had applied for an apartment and were told that we could cosign for our son, they had us pay for the application fee, and immediately declined it by only looking at His qualifications. There's no direct line of communication to the property manager. Communications regarding tenant concerns, issues, and maintenance are funneled through an app that has not worked properly since it was adopted last year. The alternative method of communication is through a 1-800 center that cannot provide support beyond fielding the call and filling out a support ticket (that is then stored in, and followed up on, via the app. If you were calling because the app wasn't working properly, then....you can see where this is going... read more

Paper thin walls, you can hear every single thing your neighbors are doing. Poor air circulation so the heater or air conditioner is constantly running. So if High utility bills and not sleeping because your neighbors are simply walking around their apartment are your thing this place would be perfect for you. The property management is a joke. They do know to little Landscaping and if you have a question about your online portal (which I've been trying to contact them about for 2 weeks now emails and calls with messages) go... read more
