Great place but the grounds and lobby need to be better kept up.

I moved into the Lofts about 1.5 years ago and wish I would have moved here sooner. I love living here due to the proximity of my work, the other residents and the architecture style/look of the building. I also really like the office and maintenance staff. I’m a bike rider so after work I can easily hop on my bike and ride around Belle Isle, the Riverfront and Greenways. Almost every road in the city has a bike lane. DO NOT LIVE HERE the front office people are just horrible no help at all, they tow your car for no reason and it's 1000$ literally to get your car out after 4 days, 3 of my vehicles have been stolen over the course of 3 years, elevator didn't work for 6 months, walls paper thin, heat goes out randomly, DO NOT MOVE HERE save your money.
