Based upon the prior feedback about the Lofts at River East, particularly those related to the aggressive move-out penalties for scratches on the hard wood floor, we were a bit hesitant before the tour. So much so that we looked another 2-BR unit at a nearly Streeterville high rise before our showing. But everything changed once we actually entered the building. Lived her for 2 years. Location is great amenities are great too. Fox group is a scam… made me the person who lived before in the apartment and everyone i spoke with replace the flooring at a cost of 4k despite negligible impact. Building is great but management is next tier awful
been living here only a week so it's still early. however our experience has been nothing but spectacular starting from deanna. she's on the leasing team so make sure to ask for her when looking for an apartment. from coordinating with existing tenants to take measurements to working with group fox on their strict application process, deanna was the ultimate professional advising us the entire way. when it comes to living here, you cannot beat the location and the amenities are incredible (an actual gym, lounge room to work ... read more
As a neighbor of this building , I would like to thank Dru , the engineer , and door staff of this building. I appreciate that new management and engineering ultimately took action and resolved what had been an ongoing disturbance. The improvement has made a noticeable difference for those of us in nearby buildings. Thank you kindly to the lofts at river east for addressing this and restoring tranquility to our great neighborhood.
Have been living in the building for 5 months now and I can confidently say this building over promises and severely under delivers. Let’s start with some Pros, the location is great, target downstairs, whole foods nearby, close to the lake and lakefront trail, nice sky deck and the units feel large.
