As a neighbor of this building , I would like to thank Dru , the engineer , and door staff of this building. I appreciate that new management and engineering ultimately took action and resolved what had been an ongoing disturbance. The improvement has made a noticeable difference for those of us in nearby buildings. Thank you kindly to the lofts at river east for addressing this and restoring tranquility to our great neighborhood.
Have been living in the building for 5 months now and I can confidently say this building over promises and severely under delivers. Let’s start with some Pros, the location is great, target downstairs, whole foods nearby, close to the lake and lakefront trail, nice sky deck and the units feel large. From start to finish, the process of moving into the Lofts has been professional, communicative, and overall a stress-free process. Booking a tour is a simple and straightforward process. I ended up taking two tours, but I knew I wanted to live in this building. Dominique was professional and knowledgeable about the building and its amenities. I never felt pressured to lease the unit.
