Lofts reviews I have nothing but good things to say. The office staff is wonderful. They really go above and beyond to make you happy. My apartment is exactly what I’ve been looking for and the vibe is just right here.

Prospect Future I am a new prospect looking for a large studio in the San Fernando Valley. Its been a tough search as open floor plans are hide to find, especially in a great location with amenities. I have to say that I am very impressed with the Lofts. Cant wait to move in August!! They currently have a special that helped bring my rent down. Thanks alot Lofts at Noho! You guys rock!!

Great Place! Moved into the Lofts about a month ago and I love it. I first walked in and met the Manager Adam who was just awesome and made me feel comfortable from the start. He introduced me to Jamald who took me on probably one of the most informative and relaxing tours I've ever been on. I didn't feel like I was pressured at all (which is the vibe I usually get when apartment hunting). The vibe of this community is beyond words. The Lofts We visited the Lofts a week ago and were greeted by Federico and Maria. They were both friendly and took their time to ensure that everything was explained regarding the medium sized studio. My wife and I toured the property and totally enjoyed the courtyard area. The price was reasonable as the property comes with great amenities. AND!!!They offer short term leases which works great while our house is being renovated. Thank you guys, we will be back soon
Urine and homeless people in the stairwells! Don’t move here! This place is a literal dump. Trash everywhere. I’ve seen the same Starbucks cups sit on the gate for over a week! A few mornings I have had to step over homeless people sleeping in the stairwells. And countless times I have had to step over the same puddles of urine until they evaporated. Don’t live here I like My Appartment and my view .... That’s it ! Management is sub par , they do whatever they want .The outside common area things do work , and report them broken nothing happens . Yet I still pay for these things , they now charge for package delivery which was included in my list of amenities. I now pay for it so , no longer an amenity. The building is dirty .... some people who live here don’t know how to be respectful and clean . The walkway/hallways are dirty and stained . The fire alarm goes off all ... read more

NO A/C for over 3 months For three months my unit had no air conditioner. The NEW MANAGEMENT has refused to do anything to compensate the situation. With over ten meeting they came to a decision that they are not in the business of issuing refunds or compensations. They told me to refer to my lease and they are not offering anything but they are sorry for me to have to live under those conditions. POLARIS SUCKS Management recently changed. DO NOT RENT HERE UNTIL OCTOBER IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY YOUR SUMMER MONTHS. I have lived here for two years and the new management, although helpful and speedy in repairs around my unit, is overall poorly run. The maintenance staff is wonderful and please do not think I'm knocking them. Recently, they informed all residents without warning that they would be "upgrading," the pool and courtyard for the next 3-4 months. Resort iving in Los Angeles The Lofts are located 3 miles west of Universal Studios, and convenient to commute via the subway , 101 134,170,405 and 5 freeways. We have our own gym and Jr. Olympic pool in lush tropical settings. The community is respectful of noise - curfew at 10 for the entertainment professional The management is politely courteous and diligent about keeping then the environment groomed and updated. Added 24 hour security and plenty of parking are added features.
