Not sure what to think at this point. I did my application in November, its is NOW January and I still have not got a answer. Iv called just about everyday since iv done my application and they lady gives me the same answer every time (that's is they answer the phone)they will tell me that everything looks fine and that it takes awhile to be approved OR tell me that my application is still processing and that they will give me a phone call latter that day to give me some news AND I never receive that phone call. Poor Management. Been living here since 1st day they opened, 3 weeks now, and STILL NOT getting our mail ..due to WHR Realty/management's callousness. They could care less.

Sooo excited!!!! The application process was a breeze it’s just the waiting part that has me on edge!!!! The leasing manager Jennifer is the absolute best she helped me every step of the way and always responded back to my emails/phone calls in a timely fashion....I cannot wait for the Lofts at LaVilla to be completed...I will literally be able to walk to work and save $75 a month on parking!!!!

Great place! I am so excited for these apartments to be finished! The people in the office are awesome! They’ve helped every step of the way. To have public housing in the middle of downtown is amazing. It really helps out people who don’t make a whole lot to still be able to afford a quality apartment in a nice area. I think what they’ve doing is great. I wish I COULDNT qualify because then it would imply I’d be making a lot more but until then, I appreciate what these group of people are offering Jacksonville! Poor advertising! The lack of truthful advertisement is appalling for their Lofts at LaVilla community. I completed the application process and my background and credit are both pristine but, apparently, I make too much and do not qualify for income restricted housing. I have brochures and the restrictions are not mentioned - they are not mentioned on the website either. Also, upon application, I was informed that I was not able to be a full-time student - either now or in the future - even if I continue to pay rent. I feel ... read more
