LIKED LIVING IN PARK PLACE APTS FOR THE YEAR I WAS THERE. WAS CLEAN AND NICE. AND ACCEPTED MY PET JOSIE. I HAD GREAT NEIGHBORS AND THE PROPERTY WAS WELL TAKEN CARE OF.
Lived here from the day they started leasing to tenants. When I decided to move out, the manager and I did a walk through, found one thing wrong, which was due to the condition of the building, not tenant negligence, everything was great. 2 months after moving out, started getting calls from collection agencies stating that I owed 300 dollars due to damages...note that I stated that during our walk thru the manager stated everything was fine...also signed the paper stating the condition of the apartment. Fairway property management has been a nightmare thus far, speaking only about my experience from the office that has taken control of the 5th avenue apartment complex. The office Ive been in contact with has refused to talk to us, and have had extremely slow response times getting back to us. Ive had an agent call me at home after hours, then when she didnt like the issue I wanted to discuss, she refused to continue to talk to me. Mexico Meadows is an awful place to live. The dont fix anything you request to be done. They dont have an agreement with the police department to be able to come on the property and take care of certain police matters. They are only allowed to come on the grounds to take care of criminal reasons or to ask people to stop playing music to loud or any noise thats harassing others. They say they have laundry facilities, but most of the washers and dryers dont work properly. They also dont come to fix your heat or AC unless youve... read more
