Lived here from the day they started leasing to tenants. When I decided to move out, the manager and I did a walk through, found one thing wrong, which was due to the condition of the building, not tenant negligence, everything was great. 2 months after moving out, started getting calls from collection agencies stating that I owed 300 dollars due to damages...note that I stated that during our walk thru the manager stated everything was fine...also signed the paper stating the condition of the apartment.
