I love living here nabors are friendly, pet friendly , management has things fixed in your apartment ASAP and they are always willing to talk.
I would not recommend living here. The management company will not respond to very real concerns about the apartment conditions, and there were multiple serious issues in the apartment. - My toilet/shower did not work from the first day I moved in. The toilet would not flush properly, and I would have to try 4-5 times to flush. My shower also had weak, almost unusable water pressure and did not drain. I would be standing in 5 inches of scummy water. I requested that this be fixed multiple times and the maintenance crew acted... read more

Bad management team ever since last year. Paid my full statement after move out, but got a debut collection email from the Guarantor. Tuned out it’s their internal error. The AC was just old and not functioning well in hot weather. Also got the rent raised in two consecutive years. Strongly recommend anyone considering renting be aware of these matters!
