As an international student, I moved here expecting a high standard given the location and price, but I would honestly suggest looking elsewhere. The management team is on the Boarder line of bully and discriminatory behavior is an understatement where it feels that they target black people and inclusionary housing units. They’ve had issues with multiple tenants. I owed 10$ and have been on time for years and they sent me to court trying to evict me. They’re always late with their maintenance efforts. I love living here nabors are friendly, pet friendly , management has things fixed in your apartment ASAP and they are always willing to talk.
