I would never sign a lease here. They marked up the rent by over $600/month and justified it by saying it was their algorithm and that it was market rate. After the unit stayed unsigned for over a month, they lowered it to be just over $500/month more. Unacceptable behavior by the front office management team when they said “we weren’t supposed to know what the unit was going for” before the ridiculous rate jump they initiated.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but the past experiences and this one made me make an exception because I feel it’s important for other agents to know what to expect. This rating is reflective of the prior property manager (Seth) and living in The Flats (not the lofts) The current property manager is quite slow to respond/fix issues with your lease or other items… would bring to a 3-4/5 stars.
The tour in kendal loft apt was tailored for us! And we really hope for availability in the summer!!
As an international student, I moved here expecting a high standard given the location and price, but I would honestly suggest looking elsewhere. For the amount of rent we pay, the building upkeep and maintenance are simply not acceptable. The Main Issues: • HVAC Problems: The heating and cooling systems are constantly breaking down.
