This rating is reflective of the prior property manager (Seth) and living in The Flats (not the lofts) The current property manager is quite slow to respond/fix issues with your lease or other items… would bring to a 3-4/5 stars.

As an international student, I moved here expecting a high standard given the location and price, but I would honestly suggest looking elsewhere. The management team is on the Boarder line of bully and discriminatory behavior is an understatement where it feels that they target black people and inclusionary housing units. They’ve had issues with multiple tenants. I owed 10$ and have been on time for years and they sent me to court trying to evict me. They’re always late with their maintenance efforts.
