The bands playing on the patio are sometimes unacceptably loud for building residents. There are also bands that set up in the building parking lot and play at a volume level like they are in an arena. Property management is obviously aware but unable to do anything about the noise level. I am not against bands on the property. I realize there is a bar on the ground floor and that some noise is to be expected. This place is falling apart. A friend lives here and their place always has something broken. Nothing gets fixed by the landlord. Their windows have been broken won't shut or open fully for months. The place wasn't cleaned when they moved in from the last tenant, there are chips all on the floor. The stairways I don't think have ever been cleaned. Went to a show outside, nice place!
I've been at Frog Alley Lofts since it was built, so around 5 years. The building has been through multiple owners each of which has gotten worse and worse. The building started out nice with good tenants who cared about the building. A cleaning company would come on Tuesdays and clean the mail room, hallways, stairwells etc. That has gone away over the years but our rents have gone up. We were told from the beginning there would be all of these amenities (rooftop lounge area, high quality gym) none of which happened. The pr... read more
