I scheduled a viewing and was approved for a 1 bedroom. I paid the deposit which is non-refundable, but when I got there they only wanted to give me a 2 bedroom which was higher and I did not want. Ultimately,I wasn’t refunded my deposit after management stated they would. I called and called, left messages and never heard back. I just gave up. Thanks for nothing.
Fantastic Tenant service here at the lofts at Euclid. I am scheduled to move in in July and Katherine is amazing! Hard to find great people in property management, the LaE is doing a great job at making me feel very welcomed into my new home. Thanks Katherine!
Updated Review: Sadly Lofts is now a good place to live and not a great place. The residents are awesome. Owners are what you would think a real estate company would be. They sold Lofts to a new company that announced it is going to take over a year to fix the tornado damage to the rooftop. No compensation for not having grills, hot tub, and an open walkable/loungeable rooftop promised in our lease until at the earliest summer 2026. Worse place ever to schedule a tour. Came and found no one to receive me. They also do no response to calls. I ended going for other apartment complex cause I didn't like the way I was treated
