I stayed here for my junior and senior year of college and loved this apartment. Cory Hodapp, the landlord, is a phenomenal guy and he took great care of the building. He was very responsive and very easy to get in contact with. The location is also incredible. A few blocks away from campus and just steps from downtown.
Stayed here for my Junior and Senior year of college from 2021 to 2023. I could not recommend this place enough. One of the greatest locations downtown for rent far less than the big corporate apartment complexes. The owner and manager, Cory Hodapp, was always very helpful and quickly fixed any issues that would arise (very rare). I wish this place was around when I went to Mizzou. We have now had 5 sets of college students and friends rent here. Start with the great location. It literally is in the middle of downtown and close to all of the great restaurants and other local attractions. Right next to Booches (world’s best burgers). And, right next to campus. Next, the apartments are spacious and open up so you can see 9th Street. Finally, the landlord is great. He is easy to get ahold of and loves the students. Perfect fit for this college town.
Lofts at Beals is in a perfect location right downtown and close to campus. The landlord is easy to get ahold of and responds quickly. It was a great place to live!
Awesome location, landlord is super helpful and easy to get ahold of. Some of the best two years of college.
