Key fob to apartment door does not work, door battery continues to die. Will lock you out of apartment after hours. Janky doors in apartment that don’t shut completely. No screens on windows. Light switches for ceiling fan do not work, must manually pull each time.
Do not use the application site online, they require you to pay cash from bank, no credit card option, then when the actual apartment you chose is not available and they time you out before they respond to any questions. Also, don't ask about a furnished apartment, it is BS. When i called no one could help me so i pretty much lost the $200 application fee. Scam, better options out there that will actually help you. I absolutely Love the staff , the location and property. I've never met a group of ppl who care more about their residents!!!
One of the best places to live in Macon!
The property manager, Lacy Seay, was very accommodating and helpful throughout the renting process. The apartment space is updated and clean with lots of storage space, which is my favorite part!
