Don’t let the advertising fool you. The cons outweigh the pros. Cons: -if you live on top floor, you will hear a 24/7 buzzing sound from the ac units above you. Yes, the units are on the roof. It literally drives me nuts. I wish management told me that prior to me moving in. -there’s only one elevator. One. No wheelchair access if you’re handicapped. -coffee machine available to residents is horrible. Only 3 types of coffee to choose from. -neighbors constantly ruin your sanity by slamming doors. I’ve had a wonderful experience living here! The community is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. Any concerns I’ve had have been addressed quickly. I truly enjoy calling this place home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live! Thanks Lacy, Zaren, Shane and Renee for making my experience here great!
Move-in was seemless. I do appreciate the community engagement events, how management keeps the community common areas clean and how they are very responsive to maintenance issues/repairs. Although not everything is perfect, I do feel comfortable at Bass overall.
