Better off moving in to the new apartment next door. The landlord, Greyhill, is all about charging and arm and a leg, for in return doing the bear minimum to the property. No on-site managment present, no reliable means of contacting the company. Maintenance issue take a long time to get fixed, regular failures to notify residents about changes to the facility. Lived here for 3 years, moved out ans never received our security deposit back, managment said they would mail the check and never did.
I've lived here 3 years now. I've attached a few photos of some things you can expect here - pee stained hallways, wet and moldy floors in the "gym", dog poop bins which are never emptied, a garbage room which you can often not even walk into because its so full, and more. Management is unresponsive, has been rude and unprofessional during communication, and is borderline nonexistent on site. Maintenance tickets get closed out without fixes being implemented. It is impossible to get in touch with management at this building. There is no on site management. This means if any issues arise, you are more or less on your own until they decide to check their messages or emails(which seems to be very infrequently.) they often never return calls. It's to the point where it could be dangerous if you had a true emergency and needed management assistance like a leak or electrical issue. The building itself is fine besides paper thin walls. Not that it’s a bad place but not worth at all what you’ll be charged in comparison with the new places surrounding. Super thin walls if you end up along the shared wall you’ll hear everything going on on the other side. Can’t emphasize enough how bad Greyhill Management is. Very poor communication to the point where it’s a step above nonexistent. They’ll drag their feet with getting anything done. Been waiting for them to return money back for a few weeks. By far the driving factor in the rating. Good luck.
