It is impossible to get in touch with management at this building. There is no on site management. This means if any issues arise, you are more or less on your own until they decide to check their messages or emails(which seems to be very infrequently.) they often never return calls. Not that it’s a bad place but not worth at all what you’ll be charged in comparison with the new places surrounding. Super thin walls if you end up along the shared wall you’ll hear everything going on on the other side. Can’t emphasize enough how bad Greyhill Management is. Very poor communication to the point where it’s a step above nonexistent. They’ll drag their feet with getting anything done. Been waiting for them to return money back for a few weeks. By far the driving factor in the rating. Good luck.
Beware of management. Upon moving out an extra months rent was taken out of my account. I have been trying to contact them for 6 weeks to get my money refunded and I still don't have the money or an answer as to when it will be refunded. It also took them 4 weeks to return the security deposit to my roommate and I even though it is required to be refunded earlier than that in New York State.
I don’t know how this place has more than 2 stars… Firstly, there is no on site manager. The only form of communication you get is through one sketchy generic, management phone number that you’re supposed to text or a generic email for the management company, Greyhill, that you pray they see or even respond to. Don’t even bother leaving a voicemail, they’ll never call you back. Seriously. You have absolutely no idea who is running the place and every tenant there feels the same way.
