I would like to thank Suzanne, manager of The Lofts, for resolving the overdraft of cigarette smoke issue. There now is an industrial fan on the roof that runs 24/7 in which seems to do the job. My apartment is now a smoke free venue, as it should be. I feel much better and can now say I LOVE my home here at The Lofts in Haverhill, MA. Very clean too, maintenance is awesome, love you guy's...you deserve a raise. My floor is very quiet, no parties, no kids running up and down the halls....etc. Gotta, put this one on your list... read more
