I started with them back in March Ms. Rae and everyone in Gonzales were very supportive and helpful. I started with kinder morgan and they guided me to a permanent position with KM. By far they are the best staffing company around hands down. If you want to land a career go with them they’ll get you there!!!

Cara had an incredible vibe! Having worked in the staffing industry myself, I know the other side of it. Cara took her time talking with me in the friendliest manner. My experience has always been exceptionally positive with Lofton staffing. I've worked with them as a temp multiple times and now my current job of almost 6 yrs was a temp to hire through them. Ms Rae Milano and Ms. Marci at the Gonzales, LA office are awesome helping you find a job. So compassionate and they really want you to succeed . To this day whenever I see them around town they are warm and friendly with me.
