Amazing, and that’s an understatement. I am from Tx and yesterday while traveling through TN at 2:00 pm my Chevy Diesel truck had an emissions system failure and lost power. I called the closest dealership to me and from my first call the Manager in the service dept at Lofton expressed a willingness to assist if I could to them. I was able to drive 45 min to their shop and they immediately took my truck into the shop, diagnosed the engine problem and agreed to do their best to do the repairs before the close of business so I... read more
