Good service and friendly people
i WAS recommended to him 20 yrs ago when he worked out of a " RATTY ' OLD abandoned gas station in Cramerton . There were late model cars being worked on and everyone seemed to know what they were doing ! He replaced the timing chain ( INSIDE the engine ) and I was pleased as punch !! Years later he replaced the harmonic balancer / pulley on my 98 Toyota Tacoma ( no easy trick ! ) and it works perfectly to this day ! The guy is a genius and much cheaper than the rest ! I have come to know Tim for quite a number of years and his character shows in his work. He has serviced all of my vehicles and continues to do so with impeccable quality as if he is caring for his own. Very fair and competitive pricing for the job!!! Rest assured that he will do you right!
This place is great and the Loftin Family is even better! Extremely friendly and helpful. Took my Jeep in for inspection and have my battery cables checked. The inspection was quick and easy. Tim also checked my cable and cleaned them thoroughly for me and added some advice. I was very happy with the service and would recommend it to anyone with automotive needs.
When the dealership gives you some outrageous price, go see Tim. He will treat you right and for a reasonable price.
This is a good and honest man he has dun work 2 car's of mine and it's hard to find someone that won't cheat you out of your hard earned money if you don't really no a lot about cars and how much money it is to get it fixed this is ware you to go
I stopped by Loftin's Automotive today because my brakes weren't working properly. Tim replaced my rotors and suggested we replace the struts and shocks soon. He did an awesome, fast, job on the rotors and now my car is driving better and we have a plan to replace the rotors and struts! Honest, hardworking mechanics are rare and hard to find, but Tim and the crew at Loftin's Automotive fit the bill!
