Have been using Loftin Vet for 15 years now. Dr Loftin is a professional, caring, friendly & down to earth person as well as his staff.. Our concerns are always addressed and well explained. Phone calls are always answered or returned. We use his boarding service also and our dog is always well taken care of while we are gone.. HAVE NEVER EVER HAD ANY COMPLAINTS. We love him as well as our dog.

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. I boarded my Great Dane there and in three short days he lost 11 pounds. When I picked him up he was emaciated. I even provided the food and feeding instructions yet they nearly starved him to death. They returned over 75 % of his food to me when I picked him up. Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did you leave the animal hospital feeling satisfied with your visit? Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Was this provider's staff friendly?
