I brought my car here for a water pump because he’s local and was less expensive than others. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I dropped my car off on the day he instructed and then it proceeded to sit outside for over a week. I called to ask when he would start and it was excuse after excuse. “Snow storm snuck up on me”, “there was snow on the car”, etc. Once he actually got to work, he ran into issues. You can trust Larry Loftin !! He loves his work and his customers. Fair deals on work and HONEST GUY!! He won't rip you off like some places. He put in a whole new exhaust and double catalytic converters and I saw the prices in his computer when he looked it up. He got me the best deal possible. Much cheaper half as much than anyone else would have charged!
I am from Pennsylvania, yesterday May 17th 2024, I came to Ravenna OH to pick up my child from a senior trip and to visit my son and his family. When I first got to my son's house my sliding van door got stuck we sprayed wd40 and went to close the door and it fell half way off.
