Loftey used to be really good. I worked with them back in 2019 to help me find a place. Since then, they have gone completely downhill. Tried to work with them again this year (2024) and it was a nightmare. Completely unhelpful.
Leaving a review for Nick and Franklin from Loftey is a little like leaving a review for your favorite underrated restaurant. You want other people to find out so they succeed, but you selfishly want to make sure they don’t get so busy that they don’t have space when you need them. This company helped me find 2 apartments. The first experience was great the second was awful. My agent was very uniformed and almost unhelpful. Do not use the is company you can do better looking for apartments on your own.
I had a great experience with Loftey! I loved my agent. I was looking for my first apt in NYC and he really understood what I was looking for, respected my budget, and gave me strong guidance and advice on neighborhood/units. I would recommend to my friends and use Loftey again.
