Olga made designing my engagement ring such a pleasant and unique experience. She was very helpful and patient throughout the whole process, educating us about different stones and settings so the ring would be durable. She made sure I got the stones I wanted which I really appreciated considering I had a last minute change of heart! We loved Olga the instant we met her and just knew she was the right person to create my rings! She has such a genuine passion for gems and made the entire process so enjoyable and easy. From start to finish she was helpful, thoughtful, and always made us feel super excited about the process. Olga at Loft Bijoux created a custom engagement ring for us and we were blown away by the whole process. I had quite a clear idea of what I wanted, but at the same time no idea how to bring it life! Olga was so knowledgable, guiding us about which stones etc, and just lovely to communicate and work with. The end result is the most beautiful thing I own! We highly recommend Loft Bijoux.

J'ai fait refaire une bague de famille pour ma bague de fiançailles avec Olga et je recommande énormément son travail! Son accompagnement à toutes les étapes a été grandement apprécié. Elle a su reproduire l'âme de la bague de ma grand-mère en la remettant au goût du jour ! Nous avons aussi pris nos alliances avec elles, son travail est vraiment qualitatif.
