I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this venue. We had a signed agreement for February 13th, yet the venue failed to honor key terms of our contract. As a model participating in the February 13 fashion show at The Loft Story in New York, the experience was disappointing and stressful. The production team had a signed agreement for use of the main venue, speakeasy, and additional spaces, along with bar service and full event support. We are a sponsor for this event we had with the loft story. Several thousands of dollars were provided for this event as sponsorship and the event was cut short and rearranged, causing our company several thousands for New York Fashion Week. Can we talk about the venue owner?? Wow she came to our event, disrupted the event, tried to shut it down because she didn’t like what the contract said. She was touching people, yelling , acting a fool and I was embarrassed. So many people are mad and are NOT letting this go. She wouldn’t let guests enter the venue. Screamed at guests- and overall was the worst experience of my life at an event. Do NOT book these people. They scam, lie and fraud
