Same experience as other people.....THERAPIST WAS A NO SHOW AND NEVER RETURNED MY NUMEROUS CALLS OR EMAILS! DO NOT PRE-PAY FOR SERVICES WITH HIM. I had received a massage from him before, and it WAS EXCELLENT, and I had bought an Amazon Local Voucher to use on another massage with him. Got several confirmations for my appointment, but he never showed. Place was locked...I called the number, emailed, wait for 30 MINUTES. No reply...ever. Absolutely unprofessional! I bought a groupon GC. First he had no available time before it expired, when I finally did get a appointment it was confirmed and he never showed up I waited 45 minutes before someone came up to me and said he does this all the time to people. I never even received a email.outside

Tried two different times to book with Thomas. First time he texted me about an hour and a half before our scheduled appointment time to tell me that he had come down with the flu and needed to cancel. For our second scheduled appointment I arrived at Loft Six to find the doors locked and the facility closed.
